Sale of BoS stake

Grette assisted Austrian enso hydro with the sale of a 36% stake in Norwegian Bekk og Strøm AS to Swiss B Capital, whilst enso hydro remains the majority shareholder.

Bekk og Strøm AS owns and operates 22 small scale hydropower plants in Norway with a total production of 155 GWh as well as a development portfolio. The medium to long-term goal is to further strengthen Bekk og Strøm AS’ market position in Norway and to grow its hydropower portfolio to 500GWh.
